How can I register with YOKUK?
To register with YOKUK, a client or guardian can come to the YOKUK office with a copy of the Jabatan Kebajikan Masyarakat (JKM) card, applicant’s identity card, parent and guardian, applicant’s birth certificate, doctor’s letter (if any), home location map, and 1 piece of applicant’s picture.
How much do YOKUK services cost?
Our services are provided for free of charge for the disabled and underprivileged.
Where are YOKUK's services available?

YOKUK was established to help and ease the burden of the disabled and underprivileged in Kelantan. YOKUK for now, can receive and sign up for clients located and residing in Kelantan.

Can Mobil Penyayang be despatched outside of Kelantan?

Our priority lies with our Kelantan-based clients. However, we may consider other requests on a case-by-case basis.
