Datin Suliana Shamsuddin Binti Dato’ Alias
Suliana is a Chairperson and member of the Board of Trustees cum the Executive Director of YOKUK – A Foundation for the Disabled & Underprivileged.

Suliana is married to Datuk Zaid Ibrahim, founder of Zaid Ibrahim & Co. and they have three children. She qualified from the University of Salford in 1978 with a Joint Hons. Degree in Physiology and Biological Chemistry.
Her first work experience was as a Development Chemist at ICI Paints (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. and after six years was given the opportunity to be the Personnel Manager at ICI Head Office. In 1987 she was appointed the first lady Personnel Manager at ICI Paints (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. handling the personnel requirements of a workforce of 350 personnel as well as dealing with the National Union of Petroleum and Chemical Industrial Workers.
In 1989, ICI embarked on a quest for quality with her technical and people experience. Suliana was appointed Quality and Customer Focus Manager for ICI Paints (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. The organisation went on to win the Executive Digest Quality Award for Productivity by JAL (Japan Airlines) through the continuous process that was put into place to bring about the quantifiable improvements at ICI Paints (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd.
After 13 years in the corporate world, Suliana set up her own Management Consultancy as the Malaysian partner for an American organisation Decision Processes International.

Ahmad Bin Ab. Hamid

Ahmad, a Chartered Accountant, has vast experience in banking, manufacturing and professional services.

A member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants, he was with the central bank of Malaysia as a Bank Inspector/Internal Audit Officer and later joined a government-owned food conglomerate as an Accountant.
Ahmad was also with a Japanese-Malaysian RM1.5 billion joint venture telecommunications company as a Group Accountant and a British multinational corporation as the Finance and Administration Manager and Company Secretary.
He was involved in the setting up of a new subsidiary of a British multinational, the acquisition of a hotel in London, negotiations in Tokyo on setting up of a new subsidiary and the application for listing of a company on the Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange.
Ahmad also sits on the board of a number of companies both local and international and is a member of the board of trustees of a charitable foundation.

Datin Nik Ruziah Nik Salleh
Datin Nik Ruziah began her career in 1980 with a multinational Company, Unilever Malaysia Sdn. Bhd.; an illustrious career which spanned over 20 years.

During her tenure at Unilever, she has made a great contribution to the Company in her various responsibilities and gained a wide scope of experience in Management and Marketing.
Within the first ten years of her career, she progressed from a Management Trainee
to Marketing Manager for the Personal Care and Household Product categories, responsible for brands like Lux, Sunlight, Dove, Breeze and Comfort. In 1995, she
was made the Business Group Head, handling the overall Non-Foods Division of
Unilever.
In 1997, she was appointed the Director for Foods Division, making her the first female Director on the Board of Unilever Malaysia, after 50 years of operation in the country.
In her capacity as Director for Foods Division, she was responsible for the Walls Ice Cream Business, Lipton Tea and Planta Margarine which contributed a turnover of RM250 million to Unilever.
Datin Nik was highly involved in many other initiatives in the company such as Company’s Corporate PR work and through the brand Planta, has initiated the charity involvement for the brand which resulted in the building of 2 houses for the underprivileged children in Kota Bharu in collaboration with The Ministry of Welfare’s ‘Rumah Tunas Harapan’. For Unilever’s 50th anniversary celebration in 1997, she was appointed as Chairman of the Organizing Committee to execute the year’s activities for employees, partners and consumers.
In 2014, she was appointed as a Board member in MAHB and served for 6 years. These days, she is focused on her family business and charity work.

Datuk Mohd Noor Amin Bin Mohd Noor Khan
As chairman of the International Multilateral Partnership Against Cyber-Terrorism (‘IMPACT’), Mohd Noor Amin is suitably placed to spearhead the first global partnership against cyber-threats.

Currently, Amin also serves as Chairman of Ascendsys (MSC) Sdn. Bhd. – a leading Southeast Asian managed security services (‘MSS’) company. Under his stewardship, Ascendsys is today a leader in key markets in Asia and the Middle East.
Within Malaysia, Amin has also been recognised as one of the early advocates of Intelligent Transportation Systems (‘ITS’) that explores new ways technology can be effectively used to help reduce traffic congestion and lower pollution, while improving efficiency, mobility, and safety.
He was chairman of the Asia-Pacific ITS Conference that saw the participation of leading ITS experts from all across Asia-Pacific and Europe and has also been invited to address numerous international technology meetings including ITS America’s Annual Meeting in Detroit, USA – the largest gathering of its kind in the world.
In the arena of foreign relations, Amin is one of the founding members of the Malaysia-US Friendship Council. The Council, headquartered in Washington DC, is a body established and sponsored by leading Malaysian companies to provide advice on matters relating to bilateral relationship between the two countries
Amin began his career in the legal arena and holds a Master’s in Commercial & Corporate Law from King’s College London. Amin’s particular areas of legal practice include commercial and corporate law, as well as constitutional and international laws.

Razi Pahlavi Abdul Aziz
Razi Pahlavi is the Managing Director of Amanie Holdings Limited. Amanie group is a leading international Islamic finance advisory and consulting team based in Kuala Lumpur and Dubai.

He is also the Executive Committee Board member of the International Council of Islamic Finance Educators (ICIFE), the global strategic leader in Islamic Finance Education. The main objective of ICIFE is to increase and maintain the professionalism of the educators in Islamic Finance field at the national and international levels. Razi is the Chairman of the Education and Professional Development Committee of the Philippines Islamic Accountant Association (PAIA). Razi holds the position of Honorary Secretary of the Executive Council for the Malaysian Medical Relief Society or MERCY Malaysia. In MERCY Malaysia, Razi also spearheads the development of the Islamic Social Finance initiative.

Wan Ahmad Satria Bin Dato’ Wan Hussein
Satria is currently an SVP & Head at MIDF Amanah Investment Bank Bhd (MAIB).
